Fully Booked X:site goes wild!

We had a fabulous X:site on Saturday with 68 children arriving to sample a treat of an evening, including awesome worship, teaching, team games, prayer time and, of course, the all important gunging! The Blue Team won the team challenge elected to put a red team leader into the gunge tack, and first time leader Mark graciously took his place when his name came out of the baseball cap of DOOOOM! Well done Mark for being a great sport – I think green suits you! We had an amazing team representing 10 churches in the area, which is just AWESOME!

Don’t miss out on the next X:site which is on 11 May. Booking will open on 23 April and close on 7 May – get in early, we had to turn some folks away this time! On that note, more adult helpers always welcome, so that we don’t need to say no to children that want to come.

A year on and the team are raring to go!

Almost a year since it’s launch, the Harpenden X:site team are gearing up for the first anniversary X:site and are sure it will be full of just as much fun, excitement and gunge as the first event in 2014! There are only a couple of weeks to go and bookings are open so get your skates on and join in! More helpers are always welcome as well as children.

Date of next event: Saturday 26 September – 6-8pm

Team Talk

Plans for Harpenden’s very first X:site are gaining pace with team members meeting at High Street Methodist Church on Sunday 6 July for some training as well as a walk through the building. Plenty of ideas and fun being planned!

It’s not too late to get involved!
